We are located at 1119 Periwinkle Way, a half mile to the Gulf Beaches!
From I-75:

Turn west onto Gladiolus Drive, follow to Summerlin Road, turn left. Follow to Sanibel

NOTE: Guests arriving after 8PM may park overnight in one of the slots BEFORE the gate. If all sites are full you may park on the pavement with electric hookup only. Fees Apply.
$25.00 cash deposit required upon arrival for the gate card.
Permanent Residences
$9,000 per year Park Models
$10,000 per year for Manufactured Homes
